Lunch Options

There are 2 options for lunch for the two days of the conference.

Option #1: Lunch is available, at no cost, with your lunch ticket in the main hallway near the lobby or in Sheffield’s Restaurant (located within the hotel). Lunch tickets will be provided in each Attendee’s folder on each day.

In the lobby, you may choose from a hot or cold sandwich, drink (soda or coffee), choice of 2 snacks (e.g. fruit, chips, pretzels, cookies, candy (assortment may vary) and Sheffield’s Restaurant will offer soup, salad bar and sandwiches.

Option #2: You may sign up for one or both of our Author’s Luncheons featuring Melissa Stewart and Donald Bear. The Luncheons are held in the Nutmeg Room. Selections are listed below.

Author’s Luncheon- $25/plate

Author Luncheons MUST be paid for in advance of the conference. You may go back into your registration to add the Luncheon even after you have registered, so long as it is before 11:59pm, November 5, 2017 (when online registration closes). You will not be able to add on an Author Luncheon on the days of the conference.

WEDNESDAY MENU:

  1. Chicken Florentine – stuffed with spinach and shallots in a rich mornay sauce, tricolor roasted potatoes with herb butter and lemon roasted vegetable medley
  2. Grilled Tofu  – marinated in teriyaki, served with stir fried Bok choy, peppers and broccoli over steamed jasmine rice

Both options come with fresh garden salad with grape tomatoes, English cucumber, carrots and black olives served with balsamic vinaigrette and Tuxedo Mousse Cake for dessert.

THURSDAY MENU:

  1. New England Salmon Salad – field greens, candied walnuts, golden raisins, dried cranberries, English cucumber, 4oz salmon filet served with raspberry vinaigrette
  2. Harvest Pasta – whole wheat penne, blistered grape tomatoes, broccoli florets, fresh spinach in a garlic white wine sauce

Both options come with a Fruit Cup and Crème Brulee Cheesecake for dessert.
