Lunch Options

Registration Includes a Grab-And-Go Lunch!

During your online registration, you will see three options for the Grab and Go Lunch. You will be asked to make a selection in advance for each day you attend. When you check in at the registration table, along with your badge you will get a lunch ticket with your name and meal choice. You will need to present this ticket to pick up your lunch.

WEDNESDAY CHOICES: Chicken Salad Wrap, Vegetarian Wrap, or Garden Salad
THURSDAY CHOICES: Turkey Wrap, Vegetarian Wrap, or Garden Salad
Each lunch option comes with a fruit, a bag of chips, and a bottled beverage.

NOTE: Your lunch ticket may NOT be used at the on-site restaurant, Kaleidoscope (formerly Sheffield’s).

Author’s Luncheon- $25/plate

Author Luncheons MUST be paid for in advance of the conference. You may modify your registration on Cvent to add the Luncheon even after you have registered, as long as it is before 11:59pm, November 4, 2018 (when online registration closes). You will not be able to add on an Author Luncheon on the days of the conference.

AUTHOR LUNCHEON WEDNESDAY MENU:

  1. Chicken Florentine – stuffed with spinach and shallots in a rich mornay sauce, garden salad with grape tomatoes, English cucumbers, carrots and black olives with balsamic vinaigrette, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted veggie medley, chocolate & vanilla tuxedo cake.
  2. Quinoa – a hearty medley of black beans, roasted corn, peppers, and onions served over wilted spinach (V, GF, Vegan), fresh fruit martini wild rice pilaf (V), steamed broccoli florets, chocolate & vanilla tuxedo cake.

AUTHOR LUNCHEON THURSDAY MENU:

  1. Atlantic Cod – crusted with potato chips and serverd with dill cream sauce, traditional Caesar salad with shaved Asiago and herbed croutons, roasted potatoes with herb butter, honey-glazed baby carrots, key lime tart.
  2. Grilled Portobello Mushroom – stuffed with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, served over yellow rice and a tomato coulis (V, GF, Vegan), fresh fruit martini, wild rice pilaf (V), green beans in garlic butter, key lime tart
